How to use fontawesome Pro in Metronic 8.20.0 ?

Good Day,

1) Aren't sure if there's a naming typo for fontawesome folder - "assets\plugins\global\fonts\@fortawesome"

2) If we would like to use FontAwesome Pro in our project, is that we have to export the FontAwesome's webfonts folder (.woff2, .ttf files) to the intended "assets\plugins\global\fonts\@fortawesome" and we will be able to use the "Pro" fonts? If not, how should we use our own fontawesome pro in metronic project ?

Thank you.

Regards
Seng

Hi,

This is the official repo of the free version of font awesome as you can check here

Yes, you can include the Pro version of font awesome by referring to the free version build config in the gulp config file. Just refer to the pro version docs and include all the required CSS files and font files(.woff2, .ttf files).

If you need any further help please provide us the pro version assets path and we will help to configure it in the gulp config for you. We do not have the pro version so e are unsure what assets should be compiled for the pro version.

Regards.

Hi,

Could you please check this guide and lets us know if it worked for you ?

Regards.
