How to upgrade fontawesome 5 to fontawesome6 on Metronic 8


Could anyone show me how to upgrade the fontawesome 5 to version 6.1.1

Hi,

In the next update, in a few weeks, we will upgrade to Fontawesome6. In the meantime you can easily upgrade it to v6 by changing the version in tools/packages.json 


"@fortawesome/fontawesome-free": "^6.1.1",


And recompile the assets with Gulp or Webpack.
