Thank you for your wonderful work!

I've just installed the project and only the demo 1 layout is available in the zip.
Where can I find the other demo JS layouts?

Hi,

You can download all demos(10GB) from a Google Drive link provided in the README.md in the themeforest package. In the google drive you can download Metronic 8 Bootstrap JS and SPA demos.
