Difference in Metronic 7 vs. 8 features shown in demo

My team is considering purchasing Metronic 8 so that we'll be running on the newer tech of Bootstrap 5. I noticed that the demos for Metronic 8 don't show as many features as Metronic 7 and instead just show applications instead with exception of a few items under Utilities and Widgets. For example, I like the Card Tools in the Metronic 7 demo (https://preview.keenthemes.com/metronic/demo1/features/cards/tools.html) which resemble UI components we have in our existing application that we want to convert, but I don't see anything like it in the Metronic 8 demo. Instead, the Metronic 8 documentation only mentions the default cards feature supported in Bootstrap. Are there less custom features like the Card Tools available in Metronic 8 vs. Metronic 7?

Hi,

As can be seen in the preview, Metronic 8 has more features compared to Metronic 7. But some Metronic v7 features were dropped or replaced with alternative solutions.

In Metronic v8 we have collapsible cards and other card tools can be implemented by users according to their project requirement.s

We will continue to improve Metronic 8 and add new features in a future update.
If you suggest us which features you would like to see in Metronic 8 and we will consider them in future updates.

Regards.
