Its strange, we tested this with Mac/Window 11 Firefox/Chrome/Edge and could not reproduce the issue.
Hence we have no such bug reports from others.
Can you please make a video that can be watched from a remote URL?

May I know how are you using it with NWJS ? Is it a javascript framework or browser environment?
Metronic does not support all frameworks out of the box. Each framework integration requires time and expertise. For example, Angular, React, Vue versions of Metronic were developed in months. At the moment we only support major frameworks.

The smooth scroll plugin is documented here and by right it should work with all major browsers.
Our tempaltes were tested on all major browsers but NWJS is not a major browser. Here we refer to the Bootstrap browser compatibility requirements.
Can you please check the original plugin demos on NWJS if it supported ?
