Demo will not download


I am attempting to download Demo 4 (HTML) and am receiving the following error:

This site can’t be reachedkeenthemes.ams3.digitaloceanspaces.com took too long to respond.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Is anyone else experiencing this error?
