If " Light Sidebar " is active, [ Fixed Header ] Does not work

Layout Builder > Layout: Light Sidebar
Layout Builder > Header > Fixed: [ Desktop Mode = true ] & [ Mobile Mode = true ]
Tested in: Demo1
