I've sent a support email from the email address that is linked to this acccount.
The reason that I am making this post is because I got an automated reply stating that you guys may not see it or something. I also want to make sure you see it as for example, I contacted Bootstrap themes like over a week ago and they have still not got back to me!
Basically I purchased a theme, thinking that I would use it for a redesign of my website, vixlatio.com, but unfortunately the theme is way too complicated to work with and just doesn't really seem to work with my website's whole, you know, idea. I had deleted the files off of my PC and contacted Bootstrap Themes support, and explained the situation, but they have still not responded to my email. I have sent them daily follow ups regarding my ticket and even mentioned them in a tweet on twitter, but still nothing. Pretty disappointing.
I made my order on 10/20/2022 and contacted Bootstrap support 2 days after, after trying to make the theme work, which it ended up not, as I have previously said. My order number for Bootstrap Themes is #118560 and I purchased the Craft – Bootstrap 5 Admin Dashboard Template.
If you could please help me, I would be greatly appreciative and thankful.
