Add Subscription Page is broke


Hello. I am using demo 23. https://preview.keenthemes.com/metronic8/demo23/apps/subscriptions/add.html in this page, after change customer not changed user and also https://imgur.com/a/lVY8ekq i have I did not any change code in js file

Can you help me please ?
